Super cute style and wanted to love so bad but terrible shoe bites and blisters!

I love the shoe. It’s so comfortable. The red suede is perfect and I’ve never had a ballet flat that fits so perfectly

The shoes are beautiful, but they are too low at the toe, so they squeeze me. Normally I am a size 39 for almost all brands. This is my first time ordering shoes from you and according to your instructions I ordered a size larger, i.e. 40, just to be safe. The shoe is fine for me in length, I even have a few millimeters of space there, but it still squeezes me in the toe because it is too low. Unfortunately, I can no longer exchange the shoes because I ordered them when I was visiting the Czech Republic (I live in Argentina) and I didn't have time to exchange or return them before returning, which takes much longer online than in a brick-and-mortar store. So I am trying to stretch them at home with thick socks and I hope that I will succeed, even though my toes suffer from it. With your very reputable brand and for the price I paid, I would expect, in addition to beauty and quality, also comfort, which is the most important thing in shoes, and unfortunately I did not get that. Very beautiful but already after a few hours of wearing, they stretched out enormously and are now too big, while originally I did not fit in a size smaller. Excellent service from Vagabond! Fast delivery, quick handling of returns!

Very beautiful shoes. However, the leather is very stiff at the heel, and there is a hard spot. Even after breaking them in for a while with blister plasters to prevent blisters because they started hurting quickly, my heels are still painful after more than two weeks when I put them on, and if I walk too long, I get cracked heels and blisters. For such expensive shoes made of ‘soft’ leather, I find that disappointing.
