Super cute style and wanted to love so bad but terrible shoe bites and blisters!

The shoes are beautiful, but the toe area is too low, so they pinch my feet. Normally, I wear size 39 in almost all brands. This was my first time ordering shoes from you, and following your instructions, I ordered a size up, so size 40. The shoe fits me well in length—I even have a few millimeters of extra space—but the toe area still pinches because it is too low. Unfortunately, I can't exchange the shoes anymore because I ordered them while visiting the Czech Republic (I live in Argentina) and didn’t have time to exchange or return them before going back. Returning or exchanging over the internet takes much longer than in a physical store. So, I’m trying to stretch them at home with thick socks and hope it works out, even though my toes are suffering as a result. From your well-renowned brand and for the price I paid, I expected not only beauty and quality, but also comfort, which is the most important thing in footwear, but unfortunately, I did not get that. Very beautiful but already after a few hours of wearing, they stretched out enormously and are now too big, while originally I did not fit in a size smaller. Excellent service from Vagabond! Fast delivery, quick handling of returns!

Very beautiful shoes. However, the leather is very stiff at the heel, and there is a hard spot. Even after breaking them in for a while with blister plasters to prevent blisters because they started hurting quickly, my heels are still painful after more than two weeks when I put them on, and if I walk too long, I get cracked heels and blisters. For such expensive shoes made of ‘soft’ leather, I find that disappointing.
