We offer a return period of 14 days from the day you recieve your package. The product has to be returned in the original Vagabond box and any damage may cause a charge up to 100%, depending on the nature of the damage. Our return policy does not apply to shoe care and soles. These items cannot be returned and refunded.
Returns
Vagabond has a 14-day return policy. Return your product within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, including shipping costs. Please note that we will deduct the sum of €6 for return shipping from the refund.
HOW TO RETURN: DHL STANDARD DELIVERY
Please go to our return page and follow the instructions to generate the return label. The refund will be issued as soon as we have processed your return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from when the purchase was made. You will receive a refund confirmation regarding your return. Items shall be returned in the original box, in the original condition and have all their tags on.
Please follow the steps below:
Place the product/products in the original shipping box, or any other solid box.
Close and tape it securely.
Place the return label on the box, preferable on top of the prior delivery information.
HOW TO RETURN: DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY
Please use the pre-paid label which is included in the package. The refund will be issued as soon as we have processed your return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from when the purchase was made. You will receive a refund confirmation regarding your return. Items shall be returned in the original box, in the original condition and have all their tags on.
Please follow the steps below:
Pack the items inside the original Vagabond box, then put it inside a larger box. In order for us to verify your return, always include the receipt you received with the original shipment.
Place the return label on the box, preferably on top of the prior delivery information.
Schedule a pick-up or leave your package at a DHL Service Point. Save the receipt as this is your proof of return. You can track your return shipment at www.dhl.com
EXCHANGE
We are unfortunately not able to handle exchanges directly. If your purchase did not meet your expectations and you want to make an exchange, please return your order using the same instructions as above. Then place a new order online. To receive the refund faster contact our Customer Care team with your tracking number.
REFUND
Your refund will be made as soon as we have processed your return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from when the purchase was made. Once the refund is made, you will receive a refund confirmation regarding your return. Please note that it may take up to 3 days to process the refund.
RETURN IN A VAGABOND STORE
You are welcome to return your product directly to our Vagabond Stores. Please note that outlet products cannot be returned to any physical store and need to be sent back using the return label that followed with your order. This service is only available in our official Vagabond stores.
When your return is approved, we refund the price of the merchandise you returned, back to the same card you paid with / used at the time of order. When returning a full order, we will include the original shipping cost in the refund but deduct a return shipping cost. The transaction takes up to 5 bank days. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your return is handled.
If you want to make an exchange, just go through the return process and then place a new order online.
If you have been sent a faulty product please contact our Customer Service (Englich and Swedish speaking) at Contact or call +46 340 541203 as soon as you discover the fault. Be prepared to state your order number. Customer Service will then help you with your claim.
