The inside of the bag also feels good, whereas in some other bags it feels like a cheap fabric. I did have the shoemaker make a few extra holes in the strap, so I can carry the bag a bit lower on my side and not have such a long piece of the strap hanging loose. The zipper was also a little stiff at the last part, but that seems to have already improved. All in all, I am very happy with the bag and hope to enjoy it for a long time :) Excellent value for money.Sarah
