    We accept all the major credit card companies in cooperation with Adyen. The options may vary between countries. See your alternatives at checkout.

    Trustly is an online banking provider that transfer money from account to account. You will be redirected to the online banking portal, where the payment with Your preferred bank account will be authorized.

    HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

    Find your favorites at vagabond.com by browsing through our product categories or by using the search function. Once you have decided which shoes you would like to buy, visit the product page, select the right size and tap the "Add to cart" button. When you are ready to complete the purchase, tap the small shopping bag icon at the top right corner of the website. Select “Proceed to checkout” and follow the steps until your purchase is complete. Check all details and make sure that they are correct before confirming your order.



    SHIPPING AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

    You will receive an order confirmation to your specified email address shortly after completing your purchase and once your payment has been confirmed. As soon as your order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive another email with the package tracking id and detailed information about your delivery.



    CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER

    Once we have started to process your order at our warehouse it is not possible to cancel it. You are always welcome to return your products to us, free of charge, within 14 days after receiving your order.

    DELIVERY OPTIONS

    DHL – Express Delivery

    Shipping cost: 5€

     

    Delivery time: 1-3 business days. This is counted from the date when you received your shipping confirmation e-mail.

     

    Track your order by following the link in your order confirmation e-mail or at the DHL website. Home delivery is standard but you can customize your delivery in the DHL On Demand app.



    UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

    If we are unable to deliver a package it will automatically be returned to us. Please contact our Customer Care team if you are experiencing trouble with your delivery.



    WHICH COUNTRY DO YOU DELIVER TO?

    We deliver to many countries worldwide. At the bottom of the webiste you can see a flag which refers to your current location. If you tap the flag, you will be able to see all the countries that we deliver to.

     

    Return

    You are always welcome to make a return within 14 days after receiving your order. All products must be returned in unused condition, with all labels still intact and packed in the original Vagabond shoe box.



    HOW TO RETURN: DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to our return page and follow the instructions to register your return
    2. Pack the items you wish to return in the original Vagabond box
    3. Apply the shipping label, that you received with your order, visible on the outside of the package
    4. Leave the return at your nearest pick-up point or schedule a pick-up. Save the receipt as this is your proof of return

    EXCHANGE

    We are unfortunately not able to handle exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your Vagabond product, and want to buy another item, you need to go through the return process and place a new order online.



    REFUND

    Your refund will be issued and an email conformation will be sent to you as soon as we have received your return at our warehouse. The refund will be credited within a few business days, trough the same payment method as you used when completing your purchase.

    Shoe care

    Cleaning, caring and protecting your shoes is the key for a long sustainable life and to keep them looking their best. Different styles may need different treatment. If you are unsure about how to treat your shoes and which products to use, you are welcome to contact our Customer Care team.



    THESE ARE THE BASIC STEPS

    1. Clean
      The first step is always to clean your shoes. Prepare the shoes to be polished by removing all dirt with a damp cloth, brush or a shoe foam cleaner.

    2. Care
      The second step is to refresh and nourish with a gentle and suitable leather polish, cream or wax. Let your shoes rest at least 24 hours before using them again.

    3. Protect
      The third step is to protect the shoes from dirt, rain and dampness. Regular shoe care is automatically long-term protection, especially for leather where wax can be applied. If you use a repellent product, make sure it is water based and follows chemical regulations.

    4. Storage
      When you are not using your shoes, wipe them off and keep them in their shoe box or in your shoe closet for storage. Preferably, use a shoe tree - it will help maintain the shape of your shoes.

    HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET

    1. Place your foot on a flat surface with your heel against a straight edge or a wall

    2. Place a ruler beside your foot, touching the same straight edge as your heel

    3. Then take the length in millimetres from the tip of your longest toe to your heel and find your perfect fit in our size guide

    For a more exact measurement wear the socks you would want to wear in your new shoes and do the measuring in the evening (your feet may become a bit swollen during the day).

    If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size.

    You may find that one foot is longer than the other, this is quite normal. For best comfort choose the larger size.

    When will I be charged for my order?

    It depends on which payment method you use when completing your purchase. For card or direct payments, the amount will be reserved on your account once the order has been confirmed. The payment will be debited from your account once the order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you are able to select invoice payment at checkout, then the invoice provider will let you know when to pay.

    How does the refund work in case of return?

    Why am I unable to pay by invoice?

    We might not provide invoice payments in your country yet. If payment via invoice is available in your country, you will be able to select the option at checkout.

    Can I change my order details?

    Unfortunately, information such as address, name, telephone number and other information cannot be adjusted after the order has been confirmed. The order is confirmed as soon as you have completed your purchase. Always make sure that the information you provide at checkout is correct before you complete the order.     Please note, that it is not possible to change or add products to an order once the purchase has been made.

    Why have I not received my order confirmation?

    You should receive an order confirmation by email to the address that you provided at checkout. It will reach you inbox shortly after you have completed your purchase. Please check the spam folder if you do not get the email within a few minutes.

    How do I track my delivery?

    Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with all the information you need on how to track your order. Follow the link in your order confirmation to track your order or visit the carrier's website and search for your package with the tracking number.

    What do I do if I do not receive my order?

    We always strive to deliver on time. You can track your package at the carrier's website. If your have any questions about your delivery, please contact our Customer Care team.

    How do I return my order?

    Returning products within 14 days is always free of chargeAll products must be returned in unused condition, with all labels still intact and packed in the original Vagabond shoe box.

    Please keep in mind that any shipping fees that you may have paid for the package to be sent to you will not be refunded if you keep parts of your order.

    How does the refund work?

    If all products are returned then you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. Please note that if you keep parts of your order the shipping cost will not be refunded. This applies as long as no other campaign is communicated.

    We are unfortunately not able to handle exchanges at Vagabond.com. If you are not satisfied with your Vagabond product, and want to buy another item, you need to go through the return process and place a new order online.

    Do you need a new shipping label?

    No worries! Please contact our Customer Care team and we will be happy to assist you. Always state your order number.

    Can I return my product in a Vagabond store?

    You are welcome to return your product directly to one of our Vagabond stores. Please note that outlet products cannot be returned to the store.

    Can I return a product purchased from a Vagabond retailer?

    If your Vagabond product is purchased from one of our retailers, we kindly ask you to contact them for further assistance.

    I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

    If you have had the misfortune to receive an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you. Always state your order number.

    Have you received my return?

    As soon as we have received and processed your returned order at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. You can always track the package at your carrier’s website to see where it is located right now.

    What happens if you don't receive my return?

    You are responsible for your returned order until we receive the package at our warehouse. Always save the receipt you obtain from the transporter, as it is your proof of return if the package should disappear during transport.

    My item is broken, how do I make a claim?

    If your item gets damaged or broken, you are always welcome to make a complaint. Please contact our Customer Care team with both a description and pictures showing the damage. Always state your order number.

    How should I store my winter shoes?

    Make sure that your shoes are dry and clean. They should be stored in a cool environment, and not near a radiator, since the heat will damage the softness of the leather. To preserve the shape of the shoe you may use shoe blocks or some newspaper tissues. When you are ready to use them again, use leather cream for the best protection if they have been stored for a long period of time.

    How do I take care of my shoes in the best way?

    Cleaning, caring and protecting your shoes is the key to give your shoes a long life and having them looking their best. Our selection of Shoe Care products together with the Shoe Care Guide is an important step in our work to minimize and substitute the use of chemicals to less environmentally harmful substances.     Not always. Our aim is to offer size 35 and 42 on our most popular models.

    How does Vagabond work with water pollution caused by the fashion industry?

    We work primarily with leathers and it is important to have a close collaboration with our supplying tanneries. Like textiles, wastewater needs to be properly treated before it can be released. We carefully select and work with just a few tanneries and each of them must sign our code of conduct and RSL (restricted substances list) before we start working together. We also frequently visit, and besides social compliance and working environment, wastewater treatment is highest priority. Our suppliers who deliver the quality material we are asking for, either have their own monitored full water treatment set ups and/or are connected to municipal wastewater treatment plants.

    We believe it is important to act together with our colleges in the business. Through our memberships in several organizations it is our responsibility to raise questions and push for global and local restrictions and regulations that can really make structural change.

    We also use recycled polyester and organic GOTS certified cotton in our shoes. Vagabond shoes are not manufactured to be washed, therefore recycled polyester is a good match – it is during washing where we have the highest risk of micro plastic risk ending up in our oceans. We aim to further develop our designs with cellulose based materials alternative to cotton to further reduce the need for water during the material production.

    How can I become a more conscious Vagabond consumer?

    It is within our everyday mission to find more and more sustainable materials and transport alternatives, to be able to gradually close the loop. In short terms closing the loop means that we can produce, reuse and recycle, aiming in the long run to leave a climate neutral footprint behind. An important part on this journey is to extend the lifecycle of your shoes. We believe that by presenting the best possible products, provide guidance of how to care for them and finally how to recycle – that is the most important thing for both us and you as a consumer to do.     I want to know more about reuse and recycling, what can I do?

    The most important thing to do is to make sure that what you buy is being used for as long time as possible. Taking care of your shoes is both making sure they’ll last well while you have them and be good enough to pass on to someone else. The aim is to have as long total lifecycle as possible! Do you have shoes in your wardrobe just hanging around, not being used anymore? Leave them for Shoe Bring Back by Vagabond – then they’ll either be passed on for secondhand or material recycling (and you’ll get a voucher, read more here). If you do not have access to Shoe Bring Back, search for a recycling initiative close to you or hand on to charity.

    I would like to buy non-animal shoes from Vagabond. What are they made of?

    Our non-animal collection is part of our ambition to keep searching for and trying alternative materials to the conventional leather from a climate point of view. Our present non-animal collection have uppers from synthetic leather, lining from organic GOTS certified cotton, inner sole from cork and different outsoles all from non-animal origin. The glue used in production is also non-animal.

    You have chrome free tanned inner soles, what does that mean?

    When preparing all leathers, different kinds of minerals and chemicals are used. Most leathers are chrome-tanned to achieve good softness, durability, and colour. However, close to bare skin, chrome tanned leathers may cause skin allergies. Therefore, we have replaced our inner soles with 100% chrome-free tanned leather to avoid any risk. In chrome-free tanning, a mix of vegetable and synthetic substances is used instead.
