I had already bought ankle boots from the same brand (the Grace model, extremely comfortable, I bought three pairs) about ten years ago, which is why I trusted this brand. Now that I have worn these boots, it's impossible for me to request a return even though I won't wear them since they hurt my feet. I will not buy Vagabond boots again. What a shame.Déborah
