Delivery & Orders

What do I do if I do not receive my order?

We always strive to deliver on time. You can track your package on the carrier's website. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact our Customer Care team.

How do I track my delivery?

After your order leaves our warehouse, you'll get a shipping confirmation from the carrier. Most carriers provide order tracking. Your confirmation will include a link to the carrier's website, allowing you to track your order using your order number. 

Can I change my order details?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot modify your order details or delivery address. To update information after shipment, contact the carrier directly. For changes to personal details unrelated to an order, please visit My Pages.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed at our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. However, you are always welcome to return your products to us free of charge within 30 days (14 days in CA) of receiving your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the form.

What is the delivery process for Vagabond?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with delivery details when your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery options and estimated shipping times are shown at checkout and vary by country and shipping method.

Return & Exchange

How do I return my order?

Visit vagabond.com/returns and follow the steps provided to initiate your return. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original Vagabond box, then secure it with appropriate outer packaging. Attach the shipping label (print it out yourself if necessary) on the outside of the package. You can drop off the package at your closest pick-up point or arrange a pick-up, depending on your chosen carrier at the time of order. Keep the receipt as proof of return. Please be aware that a deduction may be applied if the product is used, the labels are removed, or if the item is not returned in its original box.

Can I exchange a product?

Not quite right? We offer a free size exchange within 30 days (14 days in CA). Your replacement will be shipped once we process your return at the warehouse. Please register your exchange here.

Have you received my return?

Once we receive and process your returned order at our warehouse, you'll get a confirmation email. You can also track your package on your carrier’s website to see its current location. If you have an account with us, you can track your order, exchange and return statuses under My Pages > Orders.

Can I return my product in a Vagabond store?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to return your product to any of our Vagabond stores.

What are Vagabond's return procedures?

You have 30 days to return unused products (14 days in CA). Returns must be registered through our online portal. Read more about our return policy here.

Payment & Refunds

How does the refund work in case of return?

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed, and you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within a few business days.

When will I be charged for my order?

The timing of your payment depends on your chosen method. For card or direct payments, the amount is reserved on your account once the order is confirmed, and the payment is deducted when the order ships from our warehouse. If you choose invoice payment at checkout, the invoice provider will inform you when to make the payment.

When will I be reimbursed?

You will receive the payment within 14 days - starting the date we received Your notification stating that You want to exercise Your right of withdrawal.  

Why has my payment been refused?

If you are experiencing any issues with your payment, please try another card. If the problem persists, please contact our customer care team via the contact form for further assistance.

How does the refund work?

Your refund will be processed and you'll receive an email confirmation once we have received your return at our warehouse. The refund will appear in your account within a few business days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Do you have a sizeguide?

How do I choose the right size?

All our shoes are crafted using the same measurements. You can find these in our size guide. Our product pages include a “find your size” function that matches our range to a brand you are familiar with, helping you find your perfect Vagabond size.

What if I’m between sizes?

When between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size and using an insole for a more tailored fit.

Are Vagabond shoes true to size?

Vagabond shoes are true to size unless the product description specifically states otherwise. We recommend using our size guide, which is also available on the product page.

EU sizing?

We use EU sizing as a standard for our shoes. If you are unsure about your size, we recommend using our size guide.

Claims

My item is broken, how do I make a claim?

If your item is damaged or broken upon delivery, please contact our team using this form. Include a description and pictures showing the damage. Always state your order number.

Product help

How do I take care of my shoes in the best way?

Taking care of your shoes helps extend their lifespan, so you can enjoy your favorites for longer. Following the three-step process—clean, care, and protect—creates a solid foundation for maintenance. Can I see when a product will be back in stock?

Choosing the desired size for an out-of-stock product will show an estimated delivery date. We suggest signing up to receive notifications when the product is available again. For items without an expected delivery date, signing up is also advised, as we might get returns or restocks.

What if I can’t find the product online?

Unfortunately, if a product is not listed on our website, it's no longer a part of our collection. To find a good option, contact our customer care team for guidance. We hope you find a new favourite pair of Vagabond!

Where are the products designed?

We design all our shoes and accessories in our in-house design studio. We are located at our global headquarters in Varberg, Sweden.

What materials are the products handcrafted in?

Our leather products are in full-grain leather or suede. We also use textile linings and our Non-animal collection is made of quality PU materials. We always use LWG-certified tanneries, and all textile linings are in organic GOTS-certified cotton, Tencel™ or recycled polyester. Learn more about the different materials here.
