I could see remnants of glue adhering one of the straps and the suede looks worn in. the bag doesn’t seem to have much structure (which I could forgive, but all product photos and instagram videos seem to show the bag having a bit more structure). The top layer of the leather comes loose, leaving light spots on the bag. The bag also arrived with damage to the leather near the stitching. I think this is unacceptable for a bag at this price.
