We offer a return period of 14 days from the day you recieve your package. The product has to be returned in the original Vagabond box and any damage may cause a charge up to 100%, depending on the damage. Our return policy does not apply to shoe care and soles. These items cannot be returned and refunded.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Contact our Customer Care team using the contact form. State your order number and the products that you want to send back. Please also state the reason of your return by using one of the following return codes:
- Too big
- Too small
- Ordered multiple sizes
- Fit not as expected
- Look not as expected
- Late delivery
- Changed my mind
2. Our Customer Care team will send you a pre-paid return label.
3. Pack the items inside the original Vagabond box, then put it inside a larger box. In order for us to verify your return, always include the receipt you received with the original shipment.
4. Place the return label on the box, preferably on top of the prior delivery information.
5. Leave the package at your nearest service point or (only FedEx) schedule a pick-up at fedex.com.
Your refund will be made as soon as we have received your return to our warehouse. Your refund (excluding shipping charge) will be credited to the same form of payment method from when the purchase was made. Once the refund is made, you will receive a confirmation. Then it takes 1-3 business days for you to receive the refund.
Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Vagabond.
We are unfortunately not able to handle exchanges directly. If your purchase did not meet your expectations and you want to make an exchange, please return your order using the same instructions as above. Then place a new order online.
