Register your return
You are always welcome to make a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Please register the products you wish to return and why in the form below.
Note that during christmas we have extended our right of return, read more here.
Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies to unused products, packaged in the original Vagabond shoe box. Please read our return policy for more information.
How do I get my return label?
The return label is included in the package for orders made within the EU. If you are located outside the EU, the return label is sent to you as a separate email when you complete the return registration; this also includes shipments with DHL Parcel placed from anywhere in the world.
How does the refund work?
Your refund will be issued and an email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as we have received and registered your return at our warehouse. The refund will be credited within a few business days, through the same payment method as you used when completing your purchase. Please note that if have paid with Klarna, the invoice will be updated.
Can I exchange a product?
We are unfortunately not able to handle exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your Vagabond product, and want to buy another item, you need to go through the return process and place a new order online.
My item is broken, how do I make a complaint?
If your item gets damaged or broken, you are always welcome to make a complaint. Please contact our Customer Care team with both a description and pictures showing the damage. Always state your order number.
I have received a faulty item, what do I do?
If you have had the misfortune to receive an faulty product, please contact our Customer Care team and we will be happy to assist you. Always state your order number.
