Meine linke Sandale quietscht, und ich habe beim Kundenservice nachgefragt ob es möglich ist, dass ich die linke Sandale ersetzt bekommen könnte. Die Antwort war ein klares nein, ein Umtausch sei bei getragenen Schuhen nicht möglich. Es handelt sich bei meiner Nachfrage nicht um einen Umtausch sondern um eine Reklamation. Den Unterschied weiß man. Den Tipp, dass ich die Sandalen eintragen soll, fand ich super. Jedoch hat sich bis heute nichts verändert. Das quietschen ist schon sehr laut.
