Persons under the age of 16
Vagabond do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not use the site or related services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under the age of 16, we will delete that information.

Collecting data

The information we collect is mainly your name, payment information, address, phone number, e-mail address. We also collect device data, access data, identification data, purchase data, location data and data about your preferences. We do not collect any data that is not necessary for us to develop, fulfil and market our business services.

Storing of data

Vagabond will store data at its servers owned by Vagabond and located at Vagabond Varberg, Birger Svenssons Väg 36, 432 40 Varberg, or at servers provided by our partners or our service providers. Except for when data is transferred outside EEA with your permission data will be stored within EEA.


Transfer of data

We do transfer data to companies within Vagabond group. We also transfer data to our partners and service providers to provide high quality services and relevant marketing. Our partners and service providers are mainly located within EEA and so are their servers and other storing equipment. In some cases we also transfer your personal data to third parties outside EEA. In event that we should need to transfer data outside EEA then we will ask for your expressed permission.

Card payment transactions with Vagabond or our payment service provider use high-grade encryption technology carried out over an SSL 256-bit encrypted secure connection.
We use Google’s reCAPTCHA solution to determine whether it is a human or software that is attempting to send information to us. Your IP address and other data such as device and software details, necessary for reCAPTCHA to function, is transferred to Google Inc. After transfer, the information is covered by Google’s confidentiality terms and conditions.
When our partners process personal data on our behalf, we protect the data with a special data processing agreement.
