I have to hold the mule in place with my feet/toes because the leather is too soft and the toe strap is too wide, too loose, and sits crooked. It's a complete design flaw; my foot has no support. I've only worn them twice and I'm annoyed that I bought them because they're unwearable. I was really looking forward to these mules in this color; I thought they would be perfect for the office, and I'm truly disappointed.
