Register your return/exchange

We offer a free exchange of size within 30 days. Your new product will be sent as soon as the return has been submitted. Please register your exchange in the form above.

We know that finding the perfect size can be difficult. If you’re unsure which size to choose please use our size guide. If you still end up with the wrong size, we offer free returns and exchange within 30 days from when you received your package. Always use our pre-paid return labels which will be sent to your email when you registered a return. Please consider the environment before making a return.

The return label is included in the package for orders made within the EU. If you are located outside the EU, the return label is sent to you as a separate email when you complete the return registration; this also includes shipments with DHL Parcel placed from anywhere in the world.

Your refund will be issued and an email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as we have received and registered your return at our warehouse. The refund will be credited within a few business days, through the same payment method as you used when completing your purchase. Please note that if have paid with Klarna, the invoice will be updated.

If your item gets damaged or broken, you are always welcome to make a complaint. Please contact our Customer Care team with both a description and pictures showing the damage. Always state your order number.
