Ακόμη και μετά από αρκετό περπάτημα με επιθέματα για φουσκάλες για να αποφύγω φουσκάλες επειδή άρχισαν να πονάνε πολύ γρήγορα, μετά από περισσότερες από δύο εβδομάδες εξακολουθώ να έχω επώδυνες φτέρνες όταν τα φοράω και αν περπατήσω πολύ έχω τραυματισμένες φτέρνες και φουσκάλες.
