I have to hold the mule with my feet/toes because the leather is too soft and the strap between the toes is too wide, too loose, and sits crooked. Absolutely poor design, the foot has no support. I've only worn them twice and regret buying them because you simply can't walk in them. I was really looking forward to the mule in this color, could have worn it perfectly in the office, and I'm really disappointed.
