I ordered them in 38 and it was extremely long, I had something like 4/5 cm extra in front. So I sized down to 37. I still have extra space in front but they are quite narrow on my foot, of course it is also a bit part of the design being a pointy shoes, and they got softer after a few wears, but it is not the most comfortable sneaker.
