My left sandal squeaks, and I asked customer service if it would be possible to have the left sandal replaced. The answer was a clear no, an exchange is not possible for worn shoes. My request is not for an exchange but a complaint. There is a difference. I thought the tip to break in the sandals was great. However, nothing has changed to this day. The squeaking is still very loud. And the right sandal is perfectly fine... Annoyed but also kind regards NataschaNatascha V
