Vagabond return policy
We offer a return period of 14 days from the day you recieve your package. The product has to be returned in the original Vagabond box and any damage may cause a charge up to 100%, depending on the damage.

HOW TO RETURN: FEDEX ECONOMY

Pack the items inside the original Vagabond box, then put it inside a larger box. In order for us to verify your return, always include the receipt you received with the original shipment.

Place the return label you received with the package on the box.
- Leave your package at your nearest service point or schedule a pickup via www.fedex.com. Save the receipt as this is your proof of return. You can track your return shipment at www.fedex.com.
HOW TO RETURN: DHL STANDARD DELIVERY
Please follow the instructions below to generate the return label. The refund will be issued as soon as we have processed your return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from when the purchase was made. Items have to be returned in the original box, in the original condition and have all their tags on.
Please follow the steps below:

Place the product/products in the original shipping box, or any other solid box.

Close and tape it.

Place the return label on the box, preferable on top of the prior delivery information.

Leave it at your nearest post office.
HOW TO RETURN: DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY
Please use the pre-paid label which is included in the package. The refund will be issued as soon as we have processed your return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from when the purchase was made. Items have to be returned in the original box, in the original condition and have all their tags on.
Please follow the steps below:

Schedule a pick-up or leave your package at a DHL Express Service Point. Save the receipt as this is your proof of return. You can track your return shipment at www.dhl.com
RETURN IN A VAGABOND STORE
You are welcome to return your product directly to our official Vagabond Stores. Please note that outlet products can not be returned to any store.
Refund
Your refund will be made as soon as we have processed your return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from when the purchase was made. Once the refund is made, you will receive a refund confirmation regarding your return.
Please note that if you keep part of an order the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Exchange
We are unfortunately not able to handle exchanges directly. If your purchase did not meet your expectations and you want to make an exchange, please return your order using the same instructions as above. Then place a new order online.
Faulty products
If you have been sent a faulty product please contact our Customer Care team (English and Swedish speaking) at Contact or call +46 340 541203. Be prepared to state your order number.
