GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
All merchandise on this website remains the property of Vagabond until full payment is received.
All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Vagabond has the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
Do not send any pre-payments. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent to us.
All prices that are presented at this website includes VAT (25%).
The contract between you and Vagabond will come into effect, as soon as you accept, by electronic means, an offer electronically made by Vagabond. Vagabond shall acknowledge receipt of such an acceptance without undue delay by electronic means. As long as Vagabond has not acknowledged the receipt of an acceptance, you may set the contract aside. The contract between you and Vagabond will be filed electronically by Vagabond. On your written request to Vagabond International AB, Box 521, SE 432 19 Varberg, Sweden, a copy will be provided to you.
The contract will be in English. Vagabond will send an acknowledgement of receipt of your acceptance of the offer electronically made by Vagabond. In case you do not wish to complete the purchase or the information in the acknowledgement is incorrect, you can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to inform Vagabond accordingly.
You pay for your order with a credit card. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
The credit card payment is carried out in cooperation with Adyen who is responsible for the payment handling.
Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes in the address after the order is made.
The delivery charge is the same regardless of the number of products you are buying: 25 PLN. Normal delivery time is 3-4 working days. The delivery time may vary depending on where you are resident. If there will be any major differ from the normal delivery time, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Your package will be delivered by DHL to the address that you supply in your order. If you are not available for delivery a note will be left about where to collect your package.
When the products have left our warehouse for delivery, a shipping confirmation is sent to you by e-mail including a tracking link.
If you do not collect your package we will charge you for shipping costs and extra fees up to 150 PLN. A non-collected package is not considered as a return. As soon as the package is sent you must collect it and return according to the given instructions.
We offer a return period of 14 days. The product has to be returned in the original box and damage may cause a charge up to 100%, depending on the nature of the damage. Our return policy does not apply to shoe care and soles. These items cannot be returned and refunded.
In case of return go to our return online service at: www.vagabond.com/returns. For exchange please go through the return process and then lay a new order online.
You can also return your shoes and accessories in any of our Vagabond Stores. To locate your nearest Vagabond Store go to www.vagabond.com/en/retailers.
In order to verify the return, always include the receipt you received with the shipment. The return is handled by customer service from our headquarters in Sweden.
When your return is received and approved, the refund will be made back to your card. When returning a full order, the original shipping cost and eventual invoice cost will be refunded but we will deduct a return cost for 25 PLN. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your return is handled.
These products cannot be returned in our physical stores. Please follow the instructions and send them back to our ware house.
If you have been sent a faulty product please contact our Customer Service as soon as you discover the fault. Be prepared to state your order number. Customer Service will then help you with your claim.
When visiting vagabond.com through https, you as a customer leave personal information in conjunction with a transaction are what are called secure pages (encrypted transfer of information). Vagabond is using certificates issued by GoDaddy Operating Company. The certificate guarantees that you are communicating with our web site, vagabond.com, and that the transfer of information is encrypted. Most web browsers use symbols to show that you are visiting a non-secure/secure web page. These symbols are visible in the lower left or right corner of the screen.
Card payment transactions with Vagabond use high-grade encryption technology carried out over an encrypted secure connection.
The information we store about you is your name, customer number, address, phone number, e-mail address. We do not store any information that isn't necessary for us to fulfill our business services. We keep all your personal information on a secure server and will only share it if you give us permission to do so.
When agreeing to this purchase agreement you also agree to be able to retrieve your personal details when entering your order number together with your e-mail when using DHL as the carrier.
As far as allowed under applicable law, Vagabond cannot be held responsible if Vagabond fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters.
As far as allowed under Swedish law, all purchases shall be governed and interpreted, and all rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be determined, in accordance with Swedish law.
