Small things and shoes in London

Earlier this week the Vagabond design team went to London for inpiration and here are some images from that trip. An exhibition at Selfridges together with Museum of Small things offer works from 20 artists were the visitor should look, and then look again. Larger pieces built out of small things. Foster & Son at Jermyn Street is a paradise for the true gentlemen... Personally fitted, handmade bespoke shoes and boots done with traditional craftmanship. With a tradition reaching back to 1840, this is the oldest etablished handmade bespoke shoe makers in the world, and the lasts from Charlie Chaplin, Paul Newman and Clark Gable is still hanging there. The price for a pair? Around 2400£...
