Textbook crooner

by Andreas 21. October 2010 09:00

Dust off your lucky suit and charm that favourite gal next door into dancing away like the
30's never passed. If your wardrobe's stacked with all but Oxfords, what better way to up
your game than a fresh pair of Jim goat skin shoes from Vagabond. Definately more on
the formal side, but oh so comfy and oh so smooth, you could probably double as a text-
book crooner.

Olafur Eliasson is a Danish-Icelandic artist. He uses art, science and natural phenomena to create extraordinary multi sensory experinces. He very often let´s the wiewers themselves become the key initiator of the art experiment.

Nothing like a close shave

by Andreas 13. October 2010 09:00

That last disposable razor just jacked your chin up? About time you saved up some paper
for a descent one and tried your luck at the local antique store. Throw in a jar of tobacco
scented wet shave soap and you're half way to calling yourself a gentleman.

From there on, it's all patience and manners really. But you already got that, right?

The great outdoors

by Andreas 11. October 2010 09:00

Despite most of us being downright city dwellers, we all need a tad of fresh air sometimes,
not only to balance out the daily grind but more so to enjoy some quality outdoor fun with
friends and family.

To cut matters short, hop in these 'chelsea bad boys', grab your favorite flannel, fill up
that beaten up thermos and head for nearest park to enjoy them last spells of summer
sunshine. If you're out of suitable bags to pack that lunch, or simply lack a brisk buddy to
carry it for you, consider this rugged canvas tote from Hickoree's a faithful substitute. It'll
make you look the part too.

And nope, you don't have to pitch no tent, just handle the camera when your
mates fail trying! Out you go.

All about the shoes

by Jasmina 7. October 2010 08:00

Where in the world can you buy a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps and a cheap pair of flip flops under the same roof? The answer is Selfridges' new shoe department. Designed by world class architect Jamie Fobert, at 35,000 sq ft the mega shoe hall is the largest shoe department in the world. If you don´t find anything you like here then maybe you´re not that into shoes.

Downtown King

Lads. If this won't make you want to grow a beard and strut about town in a denim jacket
I don't know what will.

Proper rogue style

by Andreas 4. October 2010 09:12

In the spirit of vintage motorcycle racing and the legendary Manx Norton, today we bring
you a casual outfit to challenge even the most die-hard Brando fans out there. We got
a pair of well worn vintage jeans, a vintage leather jacket, a 50's style pocket tee by
Levi's Vintage Clothing from Trés Bien Shop, a plain belt by H&M, a wallet by Sandqvist,
and Brylcreem from Sivletto for managing that oldschool hairdo! Top it all off with a mint
pair of Billy boots by yours truly and you're fully set for autumn.

For further Norton motorcycle memorabilia pop over here or for the more 'rough neck' side
of things, check out Hunter S. Thompson's documentative book on bike related gang
culture.

Now go raid you grandad's attic for some timeless classics! He won't mind, Im sure.
