Taro Okamoto was the man behind the quote “Art is Magic” and when you look at his art you understand why! This spring one of our designers visited the Taro Okamoto Museum of Art in Tokyo during her stay. Taro Okamoto was an abstract artist and made avant-garde paintings and sculpture during the 20th century.  So if you are in to art, andwant to go to Tokyo, this exhibition is a tips!

We stumbled over these lovely pictures on the Polish girl Juliettas blog Maffashion. Two very different outfits but equally as stylish! Both styles are matched with our favorite, Dandia!

When cherry blossoms, or Sakura as they are called, started to bloom in Tokyo our designer Jasmina went there to do some trend spotting.



Did you know that Tokyo is the world most crowded town in the world? Over 35,7 million inhabitants. Tokyo also has more skyscrapers than New York!



In Yoyogi Park, one of the largest parks in Tokyo, she found these guys. They have looked like this in about 20 years and every Sunday they come here to dance :D 



These Japanese slot machines were found in toy store with four floors in Ginza.
Ginza is said to be one of the world most fashionable shopping districts!

Even though the summer isn’t here yet you can get a feeling of it by looking in to these windows. The sun burning on your skin, the warm sand and the bright blue sky...  These pictures are from Stockmann in Finland and the displaying will be up until June 4th. Don’t you just love it!?
