20 years in the avant-garde

Opening on the 3rd of June, Somerset Houses in London hosts a major exhibition celebrating 20 years of one of the most contemporary fashion designers, Martin Margiela. Margiela presented his first own collection in 1988 after several years as an assistant to Jean Paul Gaultier. Margiela is often mistaken for being a member of the legendary collective Antwerp six but had at that time already moved to Paris. 6£ is the fee at Somerset, but watch out!
