Mexican art

One of our designers has visited The Gothenburg Museum of Art where one of the art world’s most celebrated couples, Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, are presented for the first time in Sweden. So if you are interested in Mexican art, or just want to visit a fascinating exhibition this might be worth visiting.

The exhibition showcases some central works from the two artists’ production, from the Natasha & Jacques Gelman Collection of Modern Mexican Art, including a number of Frida Kahlo’s best-known self-portraits as well as important and rarely shown oil paintings by Diego Rivera.
