The Swedish fashion magazine DV’s gala “Guldknappen” is each year rewarding Swedish designers, both established and upcoming talents.

On the catwalk this years edition, designer Bea Szenfeld’s wonderful creations where accompanied by Safilos eyewear and Vagabond platforms!

Choi+Shine Architects, award winner of the 2010 Boston Society of Architects Unbuilt Architecture presented this wonderful idea for the Icelandic electricity company Landsnet.

The pylon figures are made with the same assembly parts but have joints that can express different gestures responding to the environment. Though they only exist on pictures we would love a realization.

Vagabond - Paper Girl

This weekend the annual music festival Way out West was held in the city centre of Gothenburg... With a line-up consisting of Wu Tang Clan, La Roux, M.I.A, Iggy Pop, The XX, Mumford & sons, Glasvegas among others, and all tickets (25 000) sold out, the success was once again a fact! One of Denmarks best known and hyped fashion brand is Henrik Vibskov... Last Friday, during Copenhagen fashion week Vibskov held their SS11 fashion show which was a great success! To spice up the show even more the collection was presented with customized Vagabond's! YUMMIE!!!

The fashion people in Copenhagen probably still sleeps... Copenhagen fashion week is up and running a last night Vagabond teamed up with the amazing Danish designer Stine Goya for her SS11 runway show. BADANG! No further text needed!

Yesterday; SS11 collection presentation for all Vagabond distributors and agents, followed up by mingle, food, drinks, music and the lousiest ping-pong player there is!

The above song; My feelings for you with Cassius from 1999 is one of my all time favourites... A remix of the duos beauty is played at all clubs and is climbing the dance charts worldwide, Avicii & Sebastien Drums have done it, and you can listen to it below. Like it? A couple of weeks ago, during Amstedam fashion week, Vagabond once again teamed up with designer Kim Bakker and her brand Non by Kim when presenting her SS2011 collection. The collection is based upon the “uncontacted” tribes in Asia and the rainforests of Brazil who lives an isolated life. Numerous decorations, followed by abstract geometric hand drawn body decorations. Non by Kim will soon also open up a webshop which gives you the ability to shop her amazing AW10 collection, so keep your eyes open both here at the blog and at her webpage for more info!
