Unfortunately the white shoes we made for Veronica Maggio and the P3 Gold awards didn't make it with the dress at stage. As you might have noticed she wore these platforms instead, (also special designed Vagabonds)!

We are happy to present these special made shoes for Veronica Maggio!
The talented singer is going to wear the stylish Vagabonds tomorrow night at P3 Gold award.

P3 Gold award is the Swedish radio channel P3:s own music prize that summarizes the Swedish music highlights of the past year. Veronica is nominated in three of nine categories and the rumor says she is going to be the first artist performing on the stage...

The shoes are made in our workshop and are supposed to team her outfit, styled by Karin Smeds!

Good luck tomorrow Veronica, we are keeping our fingers crossed!

Something for the red carpet?
This spectacular dress, designed by Pär Engsheden. was created for the Gothenburg Culture Festival this August. He explains the creation as a meeting between haute couture and street. The entire dress is made of sequins in silver that the graffiti artist Ollio/Jonathan Josefsson has been sprayed with colours. Want to hava a look at it yourself? It's exhibited at Röhsska museum in Gothenburg.

Right now we are at Bread and Butter, the great trade show in Berlin. Here we, and lots of other brands, are showing the fashion trends for autumn/winter 2012. One of our designers has visited The Gothenburg Museum of Art where one of the art world’s most celebrated couples, Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, are presented for the first time in Sweden. So if you are interested in Mexican art, or just want to visit a fascinating exhibition this might be worth visiting.

The exhibition showcases some central works from the two artists’ production, from the Natasha & Jacques Gelman Collection of Modern Mexican Art, including a number of Frida Kahlo’s best-known self-portraits as well as important and rarely shown oil paintings by Diego Rivera.

You can visit the exhibition until January 22.

I the end of every year Pantone is announcing the ”it colour “ of the coming year. The colour of 2012 is: “Tangerine Tango” - a beautiful, spirited reddish orange. Orange is now expected to make the greatest impact among fashion and home accessories next year… we’ll see, but maybe it’s a little more functional for both women and men than last year’s pink “Fushia Honeysuckle”.

Our coming collection is rich in colours and playful shapes. Key pieces for women are “male inspired” styles, classic pumps and block heels as well as chunky platforms and pointy toes. For men we bring together clean-cut styles and models with a more casual and functional approach.
